Most frequent questions
To move forward on your project, we need to receive your artwork and your disc content. These items can be submitted online via contact page or emailing us directly at [email protected]. You can use services like Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive etc to send us download link.
Mailing master CD proven to be very risky over the years. We decided to move to .iso , .nrg and .wav formats. If you have your audio as single .wav files we can compile them for you to proper CD format. DDP format is only accepted for replication process. Please email us if not sure.
If you want your CDs to be compatible with most playback equipment, CDs have a time limit of 78 minutes.
If you submit separate .wav files the default setting is no gaps between the songs. If you need the songs to have gaps – PLEASE LET US KNOW. If you submitting DDP image make sure you code your gaps/no gaps within the DDP image.
Yes, we will code the CD text into the disc. Please remember that iTunes and All Music metadata are codded AFTER the discs are manufactured and it’s up to artist to code it on their behalf. If you struggle with the metadata our technicians can code it for you. Please get in touch for more info.
ISRCs are used to track sales of individual recordings; they are also used to identify and track plays of your music for royalty purposes. When submitting DDP format for replication – codes must be encoded for each track during the mastering phase. For duplication process – we can embed the codes for you without any extra fee.

The shipping cost is £12.99
Usual time is 10 working days(duplication) and 14 working days (replication) that counts from the moment of accepting the artwork proofs from the client, schedule and any potential corrections. Make sure to check your artwork before sending to us to decrease the production time.
All artwork should be CMYK, 300 dpi in pdf format. If your not sure please email us with your question.
