It’s been one hell of a journey and the festival has changed shape along the way, from operating across multiple venue in our early years with a main stage of 6,000, to moving to our new home at Hillsborough Park for 2018.
The line up is as much about emerging talent as it is about the headliners. We pride ourselves on bringing diverse and interesting bills to the heart of the city.

We are a festival for everyone and this year our programme will go far beyond music; comedy, food, beer and ale and an improved family offering will all be as important to the Tramlines experience as the headliners.

Past events have included performances from Public Enemy, Basement Jaxx, The Charlatans, The Libertines, Metronomy, Sister Sledge, The Cribs, Parliament-Funkadelic, Katy B, alt-J, the xx, AlunaGeorge, Roots Manuva, Ms Dynamite, Slaves, Sugarhill Gang, Echo and the Bunnymen, Toddla T, Annie Mac, The Mystery Jets, Lianne La Havas, The Selecter, Rolo Tomassi, Darwin Deez, Heaven 17, The Futureheads, Ash and many more.[/mpc_textblock][/vc_column][/vc_row]
