Delivery
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee the delivery date and any delays made by the courier. At the same time we do whatever we can to get the orders produced as quickly as possible and dispatch them in the quickest manner.
Artwork Proofs
We will send artwork proofs for you to approve before beginning production. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all artwork provided is correct; i.e. spelling, track information, track running order, song titles, contact information, etc. CD Unity cannot accept responsibility for information supplied incorrectly. All orders are manufactured to customer specification and are therefore non-replaceable, non-refundable and non-returnable goods. If customer supply us with wrong formated artwork and asks us to do any alterations we cannot take any responsibility for the final print such as colour, object positioning, centering. It is customer responsibility to supply “print ready” artwork.
Audio
Please make sure your audio is thoroughly checked before sending it to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for possible glitches or tracks edited incorrectly. We duplicate what customers provide us with, therefore, if what is provided is incorrect, CD Unity cannot accept responsibility for any such errors
Cancellations
Once the artwork proofs have been approved the order is considered confirmed and production commences. If any errors (unless made by CD Unity) are highlighted or customer decides to cancel the order once production is underway, full payment will still be applicable for the cancelled order. If you should require replacement goods to be manufactured, this should be treated as a new order and again full payment will also be applicable. CD Unity cannot accept responsibility for customer errors.
Production Time
Production time vary deopending on the type of packaging and CD (duplication/replication) as well as production schedule. Due to customised nature of the order we cannot give exact time of the order completion.
DELIVERY – We do what we can to deliver your order on time, but delays might occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Make sure you schedule your release date way ahead to avoid disappointment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS – Due to the nature of custom work, we don’t accept returns unless the product is faulty, in which case we’ll replace it to make sure it meets your requirements. Delays are not considered faulty products.
