Helena Francesca is a folk singer-songwriter, who sings intimate, gentle, honest songs inspired by nature. Her recently released album ‘Woven’ has revealed her influences of the natural world around her, by capturing soundscapes of birds within her songs and telling personal stories through the seasons, the evergreen and the sea. These stories poetically home in on thoughts about mindfulness, and self care of the body and mind.

Helena works closely with organisations who help individuals through the creative arts. She delivers regular songwriting workshops to children in schools, and to many individuals in health related settings, such as mental health hospitals and care homes. After her degree in Psychology and Counselling through The Open University, she aims to complete a masters in Music Therapy.

Alongside her work, and as well as performing at an array of venues and festivals, Helena Francesca performs at weddings. She blends traditional folk songs with romantic favourites for the couple to be wed.
